What You'll Do

Innovoo Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience to take charge of our digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies that align with our core business goals. This leadership role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at managing ad platforms, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving measurable growth in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Lead end-to-end digital campaign planning and rollout.
• Directly manage and scale Meta and Google Ads to ensure optimal reach and conversion.
• Facilitate seamless team coordination between marketing, design, and content creators.
• Conduct continuous performance optimization based on campaign data and analytics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar managerial role.
• In-depth, hands-on experience running and scaling Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of successfully coordinating teams.
• Solid understanding of current digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
